MON.KEY S.r.l. markets and resells all products present on this site and guarantees that every item for sale is authentic. The products sold are therefore subject to rigorous quality control standards.

All orders are subject to availability verification and acceptance.

The receipt of the order by rivieraprofumi.com, transmitted by the customer via electronic submission, determines the conclusion of the contract. Upon conclusion of the contract, rivieraprofumi.com undertakes to provide the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and conditions provided in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders against subjects who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the aforementioned category of "final consumer" or if, for any reason, the ordered product is unavailable for sale.

By sending the order, the customer unconditionally accepts and obliges themselves to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions in their dealings with rivieraprofumi.com.

The submission of the order, therefore, implies full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Conditions, as well as further information contained in the web pages of the site referred to here and/or linked.

1. Payment Information

1.1 Forms of Payment

The purchased item must be paid for concurrently with the closing of the purchase transaction via Credit Card, PayPal or Scalapay.

Credit Card

For your orders on Rivieraprofumi.com, it is possible to pay easily and securely by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

PayPal

It is possible to choose to pay with PayPal easily and securely through your PayPal account. To link a credit card with a PayPal account and for more info, click here. Rivieraprofumi.com reserves the right to proceed with order fulfillment only if the data registered for the PayPal account matches the billing and shipping data of the order itself. It is possible to pay with standard PayPal or in 3 installments.

Scalapay

On rivieraprofumi.com, if you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such transfer.

2. Shipping Information

2.1 Shipping Costs

Shipments are carried out via BRT or GLS couriers. In EU countries, the shipping cost is €10.

In non-EU countries, orders are shipped at a cost of €50.

For shipments to non-European countries, average delivery times are 15/20 working days.

Should customs hold the package for checks, delivery may take longer, which is not attributable to rivieraprofumi.com.

As required by commercial laws, all rivieraprofumi.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros.

2.2 Shipping Date

We ship all orders received by 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the same day. If the order is placed on a holiday or pre-holiday, the package will be shipped on the first available working day. From the moment of shipment, delivery times are as follows:

• 4-5 working days in the European Union

• 15-20 working days in non-EU countries.

2.3 Order Status

At the time of order shipment, rivieraprofumi.com sends its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier.

Customers can follow the status of their order directly on the courier's website. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.

2.4 Authorized Delivery of the Shipment

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of receipt.

Rivieraprofumi.com packages are carefully packed and sealed with branded adhesive tape.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the tape is not intact upon receipt, customers are requested to sign for receipt "with reserve" in order to open a claim with the courier.

In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact rivieraprofumi.com at [email protected].

MON.KEY S.r.l will under no circumstances accept disputes for packages potentially tampered with by the courier if the buyer has not signed "with reserve" upon receipt.

2.5 Shipment in Storage (Giacenza)

In case of non-delivery, the following day the courier automatically sends the "storage file" (dossier di giacenza) to the sender – rivieraprofumi.com – detailing the reason for non-delivery and requesting instructions for release.

The customer also has the possibility to view the storage file and the status of their order directly on the courier's website.

Rivieraprofumi.com reserves the right to request the return of the goods after three (3) working days in the absence of instructions from the final customer.

A maximum storage period of 15 days is provided at the nearest courier branch.

2.6 Shipping Insurance

You can add an insurance service to the cart at a cost of €4 or €6 (depending on the order value).

The insurance service protects the customer in case of theft, loss, damage, or errors attributable to the express courier.

In the eventualities described above – following verification with Customer Service via the submission of photographic material – the seller undertakes to re-ship the missing or damaged products.

No monetary refund is provided.

Furthermore, it is not possible to return a product re-shipped by the seller following damage.

Should the customer deselect the insurance option (automatically suggested) by removing the checkmark from the relative box, the refund or replacement services described above are not guaranteed to the customer under any circumstances.

In the event of a second insurance dispute episode, if the data provided by the customer is traceable to the same person (e.g., same name or address), insurance procedures, to protect against possible fraud, may request additional information.

In these cases, processing times can extend up to 30 working days and may have a negative outcome for the customer.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal – Right and Effects

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform MON.KEY S.r.l. (headquarters at Corso XI Settembre, Pesaro, PU, email address: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an explicit statement.

To request a return, simply visit the page www.rivieraprofumi.com/resi – also reachable from the footer of the site www.rivieraprofumi.com – and fill out the dedicated form. Your request will then be handled by Riviera Profumi Customer Care.

Pursuant to Art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made in our favor, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund is suspended until the receipt of the goods by the seller.

You are requested to send back the goods to MON.KEY S.r.l., Corso XI Settembre, Pesaro, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

Products opened and sprayed for the first time cannot be returned.

From the moment the goods return to the possession of MON.KEY S.r.l., in order to proceed with the refund, it will be necessary to verify that the goods have not undergone tampering and/or alterations of any nature that would compromise a future/immediate resale.

If the product is found to be unsalable, it will be returned to the rightful owner at our expense.

Since significant gifts are provided, especially for orders over 60 euros, in the event of a return, it will be necessary to return them concurrently with the products being returned.

By default, the value of the gifts is estimated at 30 euros.

In this regard, should the customer improperly retain said material (free only with purchase and without even partial return), MON.KEY S.r.l. will withhold the amount of 30 euros from the refund.

The refund will in any case be net of any other costs or commissions sustained by MON.KEY S.r.l. as a result of the sale itself.

The service provider reserves the right, without obligation of prior notice, to cancel any order within 10 working days for any technical, formal, managerial, or accounting cause that may arise. In this event, a 100% refund of the payment received is obviously provided.

3.2 Return Procedure

The facilitated return shipping service via courier is valid only for the Italian national territory.

Simply contact the courier's customer service and request a national pickup with "carriage forward" (porto assegnato), indicating the recipient's data (MON.KEY S.r.l., Corso XI Settembre, 61121 Pesaro, PU) and the sender's data (including preferred day and time slot for pickup).

3.3 Return of an Incorrect Product

In case of a delivery error, i.e., the delivery of an incorrect product, our customer service will contact the customer to organize the pickup of the wrong package via express courier, proceeding with the redelivery of the correct product only subsequently.

In case of refusal by the customer to return the incorrect product, and in all cases of lack of communication by the customer, the first delivery will be considered tacitly accepted.

Should there be price discrepancies between the ordered product and the one erroneously received and not returned, a refund of the difference will be offered.

The right of return remains guaranteed as described in detail in point 3.1.

4. E-Cards and Promotional Codes

No gift cards or promotional codes are provided.

5. Samples – 2.5ml Format

The cost of all products in the 2.5ml format, if not referring to a product directly provided by the parent company, refers to the bottling and packaging service.

The perfume contained in the 2.5ml glass vial is a sample taken from the original retail product, for which batch traceability and technical information (INCI, allergens, etc.) are always available upon express request by the customer providing the relative order number.
