Shipping Costs

Shipments are carried out via BRT or GLS couriers. In EU countries, the shipping cost is €20.

In non-EU countries, orders are shipped at a cost of €50.

For shipments to non-European countries, average delivery times are 15/20 working days.

Should customs hold the package for checks, delivery may take longer, which is not attributable to rivieraprofumi.com.

As required by commercial laws, all rivieraprofumi.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros.

Shipping Date

We ship all orders received by 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the same day. If the order is placed on a holiday or pre-holiday, the package will be shipped on the first available working day. From the moment of shipment, delivery times are as follows:

  • 4-5 working days in the European Union

  • 15-20 working days in non-EU countries.

Order Status

At the time of order shipment, rivieraprofumi.com sends its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier.

Customers can follow the status of their order directly on the courier's website. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.

Authorized Delivery of the Shipment

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of receipt.

Rivieraprofumi.com packages are carefully packed and sealed with branded adhesive tape.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the tape is not intact upon receipt, customers are requested to sign for receipt "with reserve" in order to open a claim with the courier.

In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact rivieraprofumi.com at [email protected].

MON.KEY S.r.l will under no circumstances accept disputes for packages potentially tampered with by the courier if the buyer has not signed "with reserve" upon receipt.

Shipment in Storage (Giacenza)

In case of non-delivery, the following day the courier automatically sends the "storage file" (dossier di giacenza) to the sender – rivieraprofumi.com – detailing the reason for non-delivery and requesting instructions for release.

The customer also has the possibility to view the storage file and the status of their order directly on the courier's website.

Rivieraprofumi.com reserves the right to request the return of the goods after three (3) working days in the absence of instructions from the final customer.

A maximum storage period of 15 days is provided at the nearest courier branch.

Shipping Insurance

You can add an insurance service to the cart at a cost of €4 or €6 (depending on the order value).

The insurance service protects the customer in case of theft, loss, damage, or errors attributable to the express courier.

In the eventualities described above – following verification with Customer Service via the submission of photographic material – the seller undertakes to re-ship the missing or damaged products.

No monetary refund is provided.

Furthermore, it is not possible to return a product re-shipped by the seller following damage.

Should the customer deselect the insurance option (automatically suggested) by removing the checkmark from the relative box, the refund or replacement services described above are not guaranteed to the customer under any circumstances.

In the event of a second insurance dispute episode, if the data provided by the customer is traceable to the same person (e.g., same name or address), insurance procedures, to protect against possible fraud, may request additional information.

In these cases, processing times can extend up to 30 working days and may have a negative outcome for the customer.
